Convenient location. However, shuttle service is not efficient. Guests have to wait long time both to and from the airport.
Two out of the three rooms we booked have sink block or toilet leakage issues. Buffett place (both breakfast and dinner) have lots of flys and insects around.

It was a great pleasure to have you as our guest recently and to look after you in this while.
At this stage, please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconsistencies that you have encountered during this recent stay, especially with the shuttle and your rooms.
