excellent location. close to air port

Pros: shuttle service to the air port
Cons: cleanliness. Better room service.
Location: there was a good shopping mall very close to hotel and a shuttle service to the mall
Hyatts Regency Hotels in US are rated very well. With that in mind, we chose this hotel for our stay in Paris. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. we booked two adjacent rooms. The shower and bath tube in both rooms were molded. We did not feel comfortable to take a shower. I mentioned that to the receptionist.

Ok for a night

The hotel is lovely but our room was a bit dirty and room furniture run-down. Cooling system kept the room far too cold. Pool cold and hot-tub broken. Ok for a night in transit.

Rooms need updating

Check in was smooth, restaurant was fine, but the rooms are in need of a renovation. Carpets old, dirty and pulling loose. Grout in bathroom mouldy and everywhere needs a new coat of paint. No coffee facilities in the rooms and not even bottled water in the fridge.

Luxury and affordable

Pros: Clean, modern, large rooms.
Cons: Maybe a few more selections like biscuits, or single serving cheese at the convenience store.
Luxury hotel at an affordable rate. Everything from the room, to the facilities were top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even looked for a micro-hdmi to usb adapter for me. Internet reception was excellent. There are also PCs and Macs for use in the lobby. The shuttle to the airport is a nice convenience. Arranging bus or shuttles (for a fee) to the city would be very helpful. This way tourists like me who go to the city everyday won't have to go to the airport and deal with the airport traffic and crowd.

Location: A great Mall is nearby with movie theatre. Its a great place for an overnight stop over for a flight connection
Great room. Clean and comfy. The staff ar all awesome and very professional. Very reasonable room service menu. great location next to Airport and Mall. Loved it and will use it again

Pros: Close to CDG: regular 15-minute shuttle to Terminal 2
Cons: Nothing. It's very good.
Very good hotel for the price. No complaints whatsoever!

Pros: Close to CDG
Cons: Update hotel
Location: Easy to take Metro from terminal 2 to Paris. Spent day going to bakery's all over Paris.
Hotel is clean staff and food is very good. Hotel needs updating

Ok hotel close to CDG

Convenient location. However, shuttle service is not efficient. Guests have to wait long time both to and from the airport. Two out of the three rooms we booked have sink block or toilet leakage issues. Buffett place (both breakfast and dinner) have lots of flys and insects around.

Best breakfast ever !

We had a great experience there . The rooms and staff were friendly and the free breakfast was the best . Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation .
