The first thing that will delight you is the beautiful view of the enchanting turquoise sea in the distance, while the beach is only 1000 metres away from the accommodation.

You wake up and want to cool off in the refreshing pool with whirlpool, while your breakfast is prepared in the outdoor kitchen - of course, as everything is at your disposal, including sauna and fitness room. For football fans young and old, there is a green lawn and the ball and privacy are assured as your villa is fully fenced.

The clear and open interior will delight you: on the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious terrace for stretching out, stretching and waking up.

All you have to do is enjoy and recharge your batteries - Villa Ivelja fulfils all your expectations. The peaceful coastal town of Dvornice is located in a beautiful bay of the Rogoznica archipelago, close to many small islands, bays and crystal clear sea. It is 91 metres above sea level and is ideal for lovers of challenging cycling trails and hikers who love peace and unspoilt nature. It is characterised by a large number of villages with many centuries-old stone houses that bear witness to the traditional way of life in this region from ancient times to the present day.

Near the settlement there are two wells, commonly known as "Roman" wells. According to tradition, they existed at the time of the ancient Romans and water was used for drinking.

There is a supermarket in the centre of the town, and for guests who prefer a more active holiday, the neighbouring village of Kanica (approx. 1 km) offers, in addition to the pebble beaches, the possibility of diving, fishing and water skiing. You can also hire a pedalo or kayak.

If you are feeling adventurous and would like to explore the coast, a taxi boat is available.
