This new apartment building consists of four identical residential units and is located just about 30 metres from the beach. The apartments are ideal for a peaceful holiday in an idyllic setting. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed for two people in the living area.



The apartments are comfortably equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, covered balcony, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the communal washing machine can be used by arrangement.



The covered terrace (10 m²) offers sea view and direct access to the garden. Separate sun loungers are available on the beach for each apartment. Pets are allowed (maximum 2).



The host welcomes guests with a drink and can prepare meals upon request. Fresh bread, pastries, dairy products, as well as fruit, vegetables, and fish are offered daily. A boat mooring and trailer parking facilities are available.



The location is suitable for families, couples, and groups. Restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés are accessible within a few minutes. The surroundings offer diverse leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, or wine tasting.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet, and kitchen towels. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, use of the washing machine, and the boat mooring.
