"Great little cabin! John is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. Comfy beds, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and a nice large patio with plenty of seating to sit out on and enjoy the lovely view of the lake! We brought our boat and did a lot of fishing. Lake was very quiet compared to others that we have been to which we appreciated. Made for a very relaxing stay. Also, would recommend a trip to Little Boy Resort (just down the road) for a great Bloody Mary and bite to eat. Only downside that I can think of is the water around the dock is very weedy so no swimming from the shore but didn't bother us since we usually just jump off the boat to cool off. We hope to return!"

"Check-in was flawless including a request to enter an hour prior to formal check-in so that we could facilitate the rental boat delivery. Kitchen was great. Sound system, entertainment area in the basement, dock facilities ... all fantastic. We had a couple of unique challenges that were addressed by the Owner with urgency and completed. Kitchen drains stopped up completely ... from the analysis from years of buildup. Hot tub overflowed and seals were not in place ... from advanced rain and forced a fault protection that required an electrician to replace and reset. Rock pile out 40 feet from the dock ... rock bass, small mouth bass under the dock (5 pounder caught). Great escape for a large group. "
