I can't say enough about the manager and staff. There was a mix-up on the room between Hotels and them. They went ahead and honored the booking and rate we had. Two bedroom suite was great with separate living area, two bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 kitchenettes. Also a great hot and cold breakfast in the morning. Would book again.

We had issues with a dirty bathroom and bed. I know this happens when you have employees who doesn’t do their job. But the supervisor over house keeping made it right and up graded us to a very clean suite(no upgrade charge) since they didn’t have any other rooms available. Started out bad but was made right.

The receptionist at the desk was a bit curt. After driving 11 hours to get there I felt a bit lectured to about not smoking or having a pet in the room (not sure why she felt the need to offer the lecture). The room was fine. The area around the hotel is being redeveloped.
