Great screened in porch and a boat dock where we swam and fished from. Few things for the next family that rents: it is difficult to find using google maps because it takes you to a parking lot next to the house ( but you can barely see the house) not the driveway to the house. Speaking of houses's driveway it is a very steep graveled driveway. You will need a vehicle with higher clearance and 4x4 to exit the driveway ( like a truck) especially if it rains. Draw backs were the drive way. If any major rain falls you can't get out of the driveway without 4 wheel drive. One thing made us uncomfortable was the garage entrance was a key pad knob in the cabin. There was not way for us to lock it from the inside. The garage and door to the bottom part of the cabin was odd. I loved the view from the screen porch. We unfortunately didn't get the kayak in the lake because the water levels were too high.
