Tyler was very responsive and super flexible. The nerf guns, air hockey and arcade games were one of the highlights of the trip for our 4 grandsons. As others have stated, we enjoyed just staying in the house. We loved the wraparound porch and hot tub. We didn’t mind the rain the first day because of the fun everyone had inside. We had pancakes on the Blackstone grill as well as grilled cheese sandwiches. We also enjoyed hiking near Natural Bridge. Great family time and plenty of room to spread out! Kids loved the game area. The hot tub was also great as well as the EV charger! However, the smell from the septic tank was not great. The wasp nest on the top deck kept us from enjoying the space. The flooring in the cabin is already starting to warp, shift and degrade. The Blackstone grill while convenient, the knobs were covered in grease and dirt. There were no dressers or closets. But the biggest issue needing fixing is the septic system. ItItss located right at the bottom of the deck stairs and the dirt settling may have opened a leak in the lateral lines. Also the TV's were not connected to the internet and in "guest mode" so troubleshooting was not possible. We just went without TV's because hey, we are in nature :) ##### Greg S.
