Just 20 minutes from downtown Rogers, 40 minutes from Eureka Springs, and 5 minutes from the multi-use trails of Hobbs State Park Conservation area and Rocky Branch State Park, you're perfectly poised to explore some of the most beautiful terrain in Northwest Arkansas from this remote, yet convenient, dreamy space. Check out our extras! This approximately 525 square foot, one-bedroom apartment is the first floor of our 3-floor home on a bluff overlooking Beaver Lake. There are two windows - one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and you have a lakeview from each window--that's from the bed and from the futon sofa. There are sliding barn doors (not pictured, we put them on after the pictures were taken) to give privacy to the bedroom. This space is ideal for a couple or small family staying 2 days or more, or guests wanting to cook their own meals. (For single occupants or couples staying just a night or two, also check out my other listing linked in my profile.) The 6'x20' deck is an awesome place to hang out and we light it up at night with overhead string lights. We live on top of a hill, but the entire porch area is fenced in, so kids won't toddle out. Though small, there is a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, essential gadgets, dishes, utensils and silverware, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. We also have cooking spray, salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, and the like. \*\*EXTRAS\*\* If an incredibly stylish and comfortable space in a beautiful natural setting with lakeview isn't enough to convince you that our place is an amazing value, let me sweeten the pot - literally! Check out our COMPLIMENTARY EXTRAS: \*On arrival snacks and bottled water \*Marshmallows and use of our fire pit, folding chairs and roasting sticks \*Use of a small grill and free briquettes and lighter fluid for one use. (You can bring more if you want to grill more, or purchase from us.) \*Use of washer and dryer (access upon request) \*Use of kayaks, canoe, paddles and life jackets (you transport, or for $20 we provide roundtrip transport). Use of kayaks, etc. needs to be coordinated in advance. It is very clean and comfortable for a single traveler or a couple. Very quiet, and serene with a beautiful view of the lake. It is on a hillside, and Four Seas Road is gravel hill up to the property. It is not a good road for a heavy cruiser type motorcycle, it wouldn’t be an issue for an adventure type motorcycle or a trike. The hosts are awesome, and helpful. I enjoyed staying here and I would absolutely book this location again. It has 3 steps up, 3 steps down,& 3 steps up to the door. The listing does not mention the steep driveway until after you book. It states if your car won’t go up the driveway park at the bottom & walk up. The bed was really high & I had to climb into it. The bed was also very uncomfortable. You can barely see the lake. It’s all trees & a telephone pole. Part of the road & driveway are not maintained by the state, but even though they are in good condition, part of the road has room for 1 car only. You would have to back up on the windy mountain or go off the side of the mountain. There’s a giant paper mâché elephant on the wall next to the bed to watch you sleep. Some people might find that creepy. This is not handicap accessible as I had requested to only see those kind of rentals. I let the host know I had to leave the next day due to it not being accessible & she said sorry to hear that. Nothing more. Jun 5, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Dirty, no communication, terrible location We arrived after dark and there were no lights left on for us so trying to find the door was near impossible, but with a phone flashlight, we were finally able to trip our way up and down the stairs to get to the door. There are two sets of three stairs both up and down to even arrive at the front door where there’s no light on. The apartment was cozy, but dirty. I contacted the owner over a week before we arrived because we had scoped it out and there was no place to park our boat. She failed to get back with me on that at that point. It was too late to cancel without losing our money so we just left the boat at home and made our way for a weekend without the boat. The whole purpose of the trip was fishing trip. The location was terrible. Everything was grown up all around it. You could barely see the lake it everything there is very very steep was not accommodating. There was an animal upstairs running around. Which was odd because the owners said that they were out of town for the week or so actually out of the country.
