"We absolutely love Roermond and have been coming here for years. We have been coming to the Dux for a few years now and as we travel with our mini dachshunds where we stay is very important The rooms are well appointed with comfortable bed and complimentary drinks. "

"EV charger on site. Staff interference is minimal. Food is good in the restaurant. Room service is expensive. If booking for multiple days, then the staff does not clean up your room or restock the consumables, like toilet paper / Coffee etc. Also, they don't send it to you when informed but rather expect you to collect it at the front desk."

"We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite."
