"2 adults and a dog had more than enough room inside and out. Twin porches -- one in front, other in back -- were a highlight, daytime and night. Extra special was the continuous hummingbird visits to the feeder on the front porch. Close and convenient to Pagosa Springs (for dining out and visiting friends) and to the fishing grounds up and down the San Juan River. Hosts/Owners were very responsive and thoughtful. A real pleasure."
