Price is excellent. They remodeled an older motel from what I know, and they did a good job but things like being able to hear the neighbors are still a thing. The rooms are small, but I'd stay here again. They are probably the NICEST and most attentive staff ever. Free S'mores, check in was easy and quick; they called before we arrived to ask what we'd need. Definitaly 5 star staff and marketing.

Exceptional customer service! Allison and Andrew as well as the other staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is beyond perfect and in walking distance to the area of Estes Park. Our room was quiet and well appointed with everything that we needed, the beds were comfortable, and most importantly the room was enjoyable. The Common areas were so inviting and spacious for numerous guests. The breakfast was very good at the Casa Colina located in the Trailborne. There is also a very nice bar with a great selection, along with a small marketplace. It snowed more than expected, over 24 inches during our stay and the staff had the snow cleared and ready for guests to come and go in the morning. They were so very prepared which made our stay even better! The only thing that we would change would have been our trip, so we could have stayed longer! Thank you Trailborne, we will see you again soon!

Loved it besides the door being about a half an inch to an inch above the seal making it pretty cold by the door and loud early in morning with the cars driving by. Other than that it was great!

10 minutes from the park and walking distance to town, Trailborn Rocky Mountains was a great hub for my mountains getaway. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and fun lobby energy all contributed to a great stay.

Stayed at Trailborn for a night on my way to Breckenridge and it was a perfect location just off the main strip. Friendly staff and great facilities, really enjoyed the communal room and Hot Cocoa and Smore's around the fireplace as the Sun was setting. Rooms seemed recently remodeled, and beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a stay for hikers and people wanting to explore Estes.

Newly Renovated
Facility was newly renovated and they did a great job. It's in the start up phase and you might expect a few glitches but we failed to notice any. Nice location as you can walk to town and the Estes Park Visitor Center. Only time will tell if they can continue to offer great service as they start filling up the facility

Yes, stay there when it is fully completed. This is written 12/17 so call before you stay. Everything about the website is incredible, well thought out. A beautiful space. The problem though, NO Restaurant, NO Bar. This was apart of the package I bought. I would not have stayed here. I was not going to take that out on the person working at the desk. Great customer service! When this is fully ready it is going to be the place to stay. For as my room goes. The electrical was not working for all the lights in my room, the shower curtain looked like they just ran to the dollar store to get one up. The tub tile dust was in the corners. That meant to me that my tub was not cleaned before I arrived. There were so many details that should have been completed before you are having folks to pay to stay. That is why I can not give 5 stars. I paid for false advertisement.
