At first we thought we would’ve liked to be walking distance to town, but the more we evaluated it, we realized our private waterfront location was perfection! « This was a beautiful home with ample space for our entire family. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was spacious. Everyone was able to have their own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The porch and yard were especially lovely and the location couldn’t be better- perfect walking distance from Bearskin Neck and the Headlands! We hope to be back next year. »

« Having stayed at The Ledge on Green before it was nice to return for another visit due to a work trip taking me to The North of Boston. Overall I once again enjoyed staying at the house as it is a short drive to lovely shops, sights, and restaurants in downtown Rockport. Having stayed at the house before I have in the past provided feedback to the rental agency responsible for the house about what was and was not satisfactory and I appreciated that my feedback was taken into account. »
