If you love the sound of lapping water, you will fall in love with this special space. The first floor contains a galley kitchen with a gas stove. all essential cooking supplies are present. There is a slider off the kitchen that leads to a couple of adirondack chairs to soak in the view and sunshine.The first floor bedroom has its own sitting area, with a slider going out to the wharf. Adirondack chairs are waiting for you.There is a queen bed and an extremely comfortable down filled sectional in this bedroom. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the first floor. The second floor bedroom which has a queen bed also contains its own sitting area. There is also a Max Versailles soaking tub and a Roland intelligent digital piano. This space was renovated in 2012\. There is a small deck with an outstanding view of Rockport harbor off the second floor bedroom. There are 10 windows on three sides to insure an ocean breeze at all times. I am unable to rent to anyone with young children due to the drowning danger. My girlfriend and I spent four delightful days at this condo soaking up the picturesque views of Rockport harbor and the surrounding town from every window. Located in the heart of Bearskin Neck, there are tons of restaurants, shops and art galleries in every direction only footsteps from the front door. Mary Kay was an excellent host and very communicative about how to get there and where to park. The condo was clean and spacious, had comfortable beds, WiFi, A/C and a coffeemaker, toaster and refrigerator in the kitchen to enjoy our breakfasts. The upstairs with the bank of windows over looking the habor is absoluely beautiful. It is definitely my home away from home. We left feeling rested, but sorry to leave. MayKay is wonderful as there was not a thing that she dosen't do ....right down to fresh flowers in the vases! When I am able to get away I can't think of another place I'd rather be! Four Winds in Rockport, MA was one of the best dicoveries! The views, accomodations, and location are perfect! The upstairs views could be a postcard for the area and it is set up as if it were your personal spa. There is nothing you need to bring except a change of clothes. It is also located over one of my favorite shops along cove....a lovely pottery shop where everything is handmade by the owner! Mary Kay has done everything to make this place a real gem, All you have to do is park your car once and the condo is just a few steps away. I was brought here by my sisters and my BFF for my birthday for a long weekend to relax. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door how clean and bright it was. With that gorgeous view of the harbor and our favorite Motif #1\. You can't get closer to New England charm than this. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments and things for breakfast and some snacks. Mary Kay was a charm to talk to and rent from ...so accommodating. The convenience of being in the center of the town was great and the easy parking space which is a premium in Rockport. Beds very comfy too. I will definitely be returning.
