An inlet of Aransas Bay, St. Charles Bay is a vital haven for the endangered whooping crane. 11 miles away, popular Rockport Beach is Texas’ first blue wave beach. Your vacation rental is located less than a mile from Goose Island National Park (perfect for those traveling with RVs). The centuries-old Big Tree is 1.5 miles north. Your canal-front porch features an outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, and built-in gas grill. Located down a single flight of stairs, your amazing private dock awaits! An outdoor shower adds convenience. Make yourself at home in the light-filled Great Room, highlighted by high ceilings and a TV. The family room features a TV, a large selection of games, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with expansive counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar, then gather at the dining table. Sleep soundly in the inviting primary suite, appointed with a king bed, TV, and direct balcony access. The en suite bath includes a double vanity, a walk-in closet, a separate water closet, and an oversize walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king bed and a TV, while the third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a private bay-view balcony. Both guest baths are fitted with a soaking tub/shower combination. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). Things to know Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. The home features a tankless hot water heater, it may take several minutes for hot water to reach all areas of the home. \*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. It wasn’t too much of a problem during the day, but more so in the evening & night time it would’ve been nice to be able to use the tv/wifi to entertain the kids.
