This quaint 1830's house was completely remodeled in 2015\. The panoramic views, Atlantic Coastal Path, and fresh ocean air allow for a true place of peace and renewal. Located in a beautiful area called the Avenues it is between the Emerson Inn and Halibut Point. This is the ideal vacation home. If you choose to hike the coastal path, visit the Historic Village of Rockport or hit the beaches of Rockport and Gloucester you will have plenty to do. There is great fishing off of the rocks. A small private and rocky beach steps from your back door. A private yard for play. A 5 minute drive and from Rockport shops, art galleries and beaches. Absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable. The back yard is larger than it looks, perfect place for games like a soccer or corn hole. We had 9 people sleeping there and a few more during the day and for meals, and we had plenty of room. Very clean and quite a few small appliances in addition to large stove and refrigerator. The cottage is clean and well kept with 5 bedrooms and an open main floor that is great for socializing. The view from the multiple decks is spectacular.
