Walk to Front Beach and shops! Booking Spring 2026 We are the delighted new owners of this well established & well loved short term rental! This Rockport bungalow sits on a quiet side street between Granite St and the ocean! You’ve got the best of both worlds with a private pool in your backyard and only a 5 minute walk to Front Beach. Everything you’d want out of Rockport is within reach! Across from Front Beach you can stop at Fresco’s Seaside for some beach front bites, or stroll a bit further to Bearskin neck to check out the shops, art galleries, restaurants & performance center. This home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed in one room and 2 queen beds in the other. The open, yet cozy living room includes a fireplace, large comfortable sectional and large windows with slider showing off the beautiful pool and backyard. Central Air, WiFi, a library and laundry units are just a few of the additional amenities provided. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Rockport and our bungalow has to offer! 5 min walk to Front Beach 7 min walk to MBTA (easy to take to Salem, Ma!) 7 min walk to Shalin Liu Performance Center 10 min walk to Bearskin Neck Short drive to Gloucester, Ipswich & Salem! Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Full Bathroom is where you can find the washer and dryer along with toiletries, bath & beach towels. There are 2 private parking spots on the premise in front of the home. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We will consider small pets on a case by case basis. Charming is a great description of this bungalow! This house is a bibliophile's dream - a library with a vast and varied collection of books, and a delightful overstuffed recliner that is the perfect place to sit and read. If you can tear yourself away from the books, there is a lovely pool in the back yard waiting for you! The house looks is actually very roomy inside, nicely decorated, comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, convenient location, and a short walk to the beach.
