"The front desk lady was very informative, prompt, and went above and beyond by allowing us to switch our room based on the fact that she knew we had a lot of luggage (our room was originally on the second floor). Check in was easy, the location of the room was easy to find thanks to the map the front desk lady provided. The room was decent for the purpose of needing a place to sleep. Looks like they recently did some remodeling since the building was clearly really old but the fixtures were updated. There were tiny ants everywhere, but I realize these are hard to control in humid climates like FL, so I took that into consideration with my rating. The area was a little sketchy, but again we just needed a place to sleep so it did the job. If I was a woman traveling alone, I’d be afraid - but I had my man with me and felt safe enough (there was adequate lighting in the parking lot and walkways between buildings). The water pressure in the shower was good, which is often a challenge. The bed was hard, even for someone like me who likes a firm mattress. The pillows were nice down or down-alternative. We had a non-smoking room and it smelled clean, unlike some places in the south that smell like mildew. Based on my overall experience, the price, and location to port, I would stay here again if getting on a cruise at Port Canaveral."

"The property was amazing and delivered above and beyond. It worked as a great home base for visiting Kennedy Space Center, we even got to see a launch. Close to nearly everything, but not in a super busy area. The neighborhood was quite, safe, and easy to navigate. The pool was a hit and tons of extra amenities. Tons of space, you have everything you need, what a great place to stay. We WILL be staying again when we travel down next. This is one of the best rentals we have had!"

"I booked this for my friend and took the tour with him. Very homey and has kitties 😻. Everyone was nice and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable (according to my friend who stayed there) and me sitting on the end of it. Has a TV and small fridge in the room for drinks or cool snacks. "

"Very nice and clean home. Easy check in and out. I like how this home is upgraded, but still has that aged/lived in feeling. We as a family of four have had some not so nice stays at hotels, but after staying here I am recommitted to only staying at vacation homes. I brought towels, rags, and cleaning products not knowing what to expect, but this house is very CLEAN and well stocked from the kitchen's plates, cups, utensils, and cooking items to all the updated appliances and the pantry has a few common household needs such as salt, pepper, aluminum foil and cooking oil, which was wondeful because I forgot to bring some foil and even though there is a Publix right around the corner, it was nice not to have to stop cooking dinner to run to the store. The bathrooms were well stocked with tissue, soap, shampoo and conditioner, we had our own body wash and whatnot, but its nice they have some there just in case. Everything was so clean, the house temperature was good too and the pool was a big hit. My boys enjoyed the game room very much, I really enjoyed Pac-Man... felt like being home. It was so nice to not be crammed in a hotel room, but in a big spacious home. The neighborhood was nice, clean, and very quiet. We did see three large waterbugs, but that's to be expected since there is a pool, which has a safety gate around it, but they were dead so they have great pest control. Too many compliments, not enough space. Recommended and will stay again."

"It is a smaller motel but don't let that keep you from coming here. The staff was very welcoming and kind to us. They upgraded our room to a suite for us due to unforeseen circumstances. How lucky! It had a vintage feel to it, but it had many modern amenities, such as a beautiful tile shower with a great, powerful shower head with a great sink. It was very affordable and suited our needs just right. Just know that the highway is directly across from it, so you late-risers might not get to sleep in till checkout like you always do."

"It is an older home, that has had some updates. The second bathroom tub has discolorations on it possibly from previous refinish. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was clean and dishes were suitable for our family get together. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the screened in area."
