Very Disappointed
The bed was comfortable. I was surprised at the floor looking dirty with stains. The bathroom needed upgrades. The price was within reason.

When I checked, and it was just me, but I found someone I wanted to share the room with. If I had checked in with two, it would not have any issue, but adding a person was like pulling teeth from a tiger.

Quiet night in an older hotel
This is an older hotel in a quiet town, and you get what you pay for. Low rate corresponds to a slightly run down room with old carpet, new bedding, new tv, but old dark furniturewith nick a shower with moldy ceiling, etc. with everything in the area sold out - you get what you pay for.

Good basic lodging for weekend base for attending the Scotland County Highland Games. Clean, comfortable large bathroom. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Breakfast just so so. Nothing hot available except instant oatmeal or grits. Lots of sweet pastries no fruit. Lots of fast food and Walmart close by.

The hotel was very clean and the property was well maintained. I didn’t interact with the staff much but check in and check out was very easy and the counter staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Everything was good about the hotel except for the black mold in the shower ceiling drywall. it was BAD, to the point i limited my time in the bathroom.

Nice stay….. When things were quiet.
First night I got hardly any sleep. People that were staying there were having a party and being loud plus a car alarm went off twice throughout the night. My second night was nice quiet and slept great.

Oh no!
Floors were absolutely filthy. There was an old nasty toe nail next to the tub along with ashes all over the floor. Holes in walls and paint falling off the walls. Not to mention the blanket has burnt holes all over it. Only thing that was pleasing was check in. I do have photos, oddly i cannot add to the review. But they will be included into the google review.

The room was cramped, I suppose so they could say “suites”. Too much furniture, can’t move around….and we were only there to sleep one night and leave in morning for a funeral. Gap in door letting in air and light and street noise. Beds are just on metal, if the floor looked cleaner it would have probably been more comfortable sleeping there (of course beyond the dirtiness there would’n have been room to sleep on floor). Booked 2 queen beds, definitely not queen beds. Tile in bathroom doesn’t even go to the door or walls, so you just have concrete/sub floor around the flooring. Lighting terrible, but hey it was a full moon and the crack in the door let in some of that light😩. Dust everywhere. Kids found 2 extra remotes when trying to untuck the sheets from the bed…..that was disgusting (the remotes) grime and dust stuck to it. One towel one hand towel and one washcloth in a double room for 4 guests. Very underwhelmed with the whole thing. Wouldn’t have cared had we got to actually sleep, but seriously even the kids said bed was too hard, and they like camping like sleeping on the ground camping and have never complained until sleeping here.

Please accept our apology for not meeting your expectations. It doesn’t sound like us. We never advertise that we have Queen bed. We have full size beds. We never had any complaints about bed as our guests always have good compliments about beds. We have LED lighting in our hotels and enough lighting as our Quality Inn standards. We provide 4 sets of Terry in each double bed room.

1.The rooms had a musky chemical smell. 2. The carpet was stained and worn. 3. The bed squeaked. 4. Staff refused to give credit for checking out a day early or return $80 deposit. I'll never stay at Quality Inn, Laurinburg again.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV did not work, the sink leaked all night, and the toilet flushed on its own repeatedly due to an internal unrepaired leak. Guy who checked me in was very pleasant; the check out guy was grumpy at best.

The person that cleaned the room forgot to wipe off nightstand. It had sticky stuff all over it. The shower had hair in it. The bathroom floor was not cleaned beside the toilet.

Bed sheet had a odd stain on it and the comforter on my bed had a cigarette burn on it. This was a non-smoking room. Please replace comforter in room115 , the bed near the window.
