The shower was awesome! The king bed was good, but 3 of the 4 lamps and the hairdryer were inoperable. Definitely appears that this motel is not keeping with maintenance needs

Dirty! Uncleaned rooms
Someone's used soap in the shower, dirty sock under the blanket. Bathroom/toilet uncleaned. Staff was very polite, but room was atrocious. Definitely will not stay again. Stayed in a king non-smoking room, on 1st floor.

Horrible!
It was so disappointing to see the Wyndham name on this property. Check in was quick an easy. But when we arrived at our room, the problems were easy to see. The smoke detector in the room was dangling from the wall. The front face of the vanity was cracked off and laying under the sink. One of the mirrors had come off the wall and was laying in the corner of the room. The hallways smelled terribly of smoke. The staircase was not vacuumed in the three days we were there. I would never stay at that property again.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. But the room smelled of smoke. The bathroom was all clear and the bedding was clean. Just the fact that everything in the room smelled like smoke.

Great bed. New pillows and bed spread. Toilet mechanics needed attention. Reported it on first day - never attended to. Breakfast is very poor compared to other Wyndham hotels. Owner is trying but still long way to go. Truly a “no frills hotel.”

Disgusting stay at a Super 8.
This hotel is a throwback to the "Bates Hotel". I don't think the furniture has been replaced in decades. Despite signs saying they're remodeling, going on 3 years now. Our room was ridiculous. Bathroom fixtures bent or missing. The bathroom tissue dispenser was just stuck in a hole , with formica strips missing from the bathroom sink. Toilet did not fully flush. Water temp inadequate. Hair left behind in the tub. No kleenex, and only 2 cheap paper cups. Despite it being a smoke free room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke coming from the adjoining room. Carpet is stained and probably original to when it was a Holiday Inn Express. Paint is faded and chips in the paint are everywhere. We will never ever stay there again. My wife and I are seniors, and saving a few bucks is important. But not at the expense of our health and overall comfort. This facility should be shuttered.

I room was ice cold and it took all night to warm up on high. all the lights were unplugged. Missing tile in bathroom. Dirty carpet. Hole in walls. looked like room was under renovation and not for use. There was two beds and only one was made up. Pillows were lumpy. The outlet were not safe for use and plugs didn't want to stay inserted.

Staff was fine. Walls are paper thin. Room was dirty and old. Multiple stains on the carpets. Bed was uncomfortable. Furniture very out dated, stained and scuffed. They are undergoing renovations but not sure to what. Hopefully it will be in the rooms. I’m not a picky person. I needed a place to stay for the night. Glad it wasn’t longer!! You get what you pay for...

Don't go to this hotel EVER!!!
It sucked! Room want clean. Simple stuff like a light bulb needed replacing so room was very very dim. The only brightest light in the entire room was the bathroom light. Stained carpet. Uncomfortable bed. Holes in bedding. Horrible service. Never going back!!
