* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to all 4 private apartments in the 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and 2 back patios & 2 decks with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).
