I reserved a non smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. I requested to change rooms and got a room with a filthy bathroom. The cleaning staff argued with me that the room was not dirty, but front desk person agreed that I was correct. I do have pictures. This hotel made a clerical error when I extended my stay. I told them to have me stay through MONDAY, they only put me down through Sunday, then harassed me and my elderly (84 years old) mother consistently, even threatening me with police if we did not leave. The bathtub had no hot water, the sink didn't work and the tub was chipped and uncomfortable. There was also no clean towels the entire time we stayed (Almost two weeks) and the service was just VERY POOR. Do not bother staying here. Black mold above the air conditioner which didn't have any controls. Feces in the toilet, garbage. I tried to check out immediately but no one was at the desk. Checked out as soon as someone showed up in the morning (literally waited in my car 4 hours. I want a refund for the remainder of my booking. The door was flimsy, the peep hole was a literal hole through the door, sketchy people hanging around. I didn’t feel safe at all. There were big garbage bins that were all full, it is clearly one of those places were people live. Sheets were stained and dirty, a beer bottle cap fell out of the sheets.
