The home has about 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a large 4 season porch surrounded by windows. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood on a large flat lot with 80 feet of sandy beach with a Solo fire pit for gathering with your family and friends. The property also includes a 300-foot-deep back lot with a large driveway and garage.

Silver Lake is an all sports lake with about 225 acres that is in the top 5% of lakes in Michigan in water clarity. The home is in a protected area from westerly winds and faces southeast so you will enjoy waking up to beautiful sunrises and sunsets that can be seen from the water.

The home was updated in the winter of 2022 with a new kitchen, appliances, floors, paint, gas fireplace, and some new furniture.

A large dock is included with platform on the end with Adirondack chairs and a swim ladder. A 4-person paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards are provided for your enjoyment. There are numerous recreational activities in area with many parks and bike trails close by. A variety of wonderful shops and restaurants are located within 5 miles of the cottage. In the winter Cannonsburg Ski Resort is 2 miles to the south of the home.
