« Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Saarbrücken and overall it was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was decent and what you’d expect from a hotel in this category — enough choice to start the day well. They do have ample parking, which is convenient, but the parking area didn’t feel very secure. There was a drug addict begging in the parking area, which was a bit uncomfortable. « Toujours le même problème de vétusté…. Cette fois ci pour la chambre/studio numéro 27 . Une serviette pour deux . La lampe se trouvant devant la fenêtre ne fonctionnait pas. À l’accueil pas d’ampoules de remplacement. L’interrupteur de cette lampe se trouve sous le plan de travail et il ne peut pas être remonté . Le radiateur étant allumé toute la nuit il émettait un bruit suffisamment fort pour être réveillé. Je viens parce que non loin de l’autoroute et de la très bonne boulangerie de l’autre...

« Nous sommes arrivés amer avons dû sonner à l’interphone pour que quelqu’un nous ouvre et nous dise que les clés de chambres sont sur la table dans l’entrée. Pas de réception. Nous avons dû essayer toutes les clés pour savoir quelle clé était pour nous car aucune indication. Malgré cela, chambre spacieuse, propre et endroit très calme dans un quartier résidentiel. »

« Pas de climatisation en pleine période de canicule et difficulté à obtenir des ventilateurs, linge de lit non changé en cours de séjour, poubelles non vidées, parking payant pour le véhicule alors qu'il est véhiculé sur un parking de supermarché dont la barrière est à 80% ouverte et non surveillé. L'aspirateur n'est jamais passé dans la chambre, donc le sol n'est pas nettoyé en cours de séjour. Housekeping qui entre dans la chambre dès 8h00 et qui insiste jusqu'à ce qu'on leur laisse faire la...
