The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable and warm for our early winter stay. It did, however, take longer than expected to travel to hocking hills' locations but that may have been a GPS issue. Possibly the owner could recommend quicker routes. If you stay, consider asking. Was plenty big enough for our family of six. Was easy to find and secluded enough. We went for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was definitely lacking in supplies. If you aren’t planning on cooking much it should be ok. The dishes are few and are not in the best of shape. I think the water is from a well. Which is fine, it just has a smell to it. Also there were several mice. Which I mean I guess it is what it is, but we had to throw lots of food out because they got into it. The Hot tub was cold and not clean. The rooms were smaller then the picture make them to be and the down stairs is very cold. The flooring was come coming apart as well but all in all worth it.
