Decent place but needs proper upkeep for a rental.

Decent little home. Could use some yard maintenance and gutters to be cleaned out. Rental was missing smoke alarms in master bedroom and in kitchen.

Family reunion and mini vacation

The home was cleaner and nicer than i had imagined. We were delighted with the home and enjoyed our time here. The quiet, calm neighborhood was a plus, the beach and a lovely park where kids could play were all within walking distance. Close enough to shops that a nice walk could get you all you need. We plan to return! Thank you

Oregon coast

The pictures of this home were as shown but made it seem cleaner than it actually was. When we arrived the door handle to the garage was broken, the top of the refrigerator was not cleaned, the bathroom fans had a thick layer of dirt/dust on them so we had to vacuum and wipe them off. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on and the master bedroom mattress was sunken in on one side and made it very uncomfortable (almost impossible) for my family members to sleep on. Luckily we brought an air mattress for our other guest so at least they got a good nights sleep. Also, the sheets looked worn out and started to have piling on them and the blankets were very rough, and pillows could be better. There is a small yard that was convenient for pets but we noticed there was a space they could escape from that should be fixed. Overall I would not stay here again until these issues are addressed and fixed making it more enjoyable for a stay.. especially for the high price we payed for only 2 nights.

Great place!

We had a great time at this house! The proximity to the beach was perfect, allowing us to easily enjoy the stunning shoreline and calming waves. The open floor plan of the house was a delight, providing a spacious and clean environment for us to relax and spend quality time together. The quiet neighborhood added to the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. We created wonderful memories during our stay and cherished the moments spent in this charming beach house.

It didn't appear to be very clean. We did not have a pet and the carpet smelled like pet urine. We had a great time. It was a trial vacation with the family. Nice location.

Good times at the beach

We found the home last minute and were happy we did. Overall the home is true to the pictures but it needs a deep clean. When we walked in the cleaning service people had left their supplies and lunch bag in front of the door but nobody was there (we did not arrive early). We were confused. About ten minutes later a man arrived full of apologies and quickly left. We later discovered a shower with someone's used bar of soap and a bathroom rug reeking of pee. I've never had an experience like this renting from VRBO.. Needless to say we cleaned best we could and went on to enjoy our vacation.

Rockaway beach vacation

This home was great for our party of 8. The house was well furnished and had most everything we needed. The beach is not to far from the home and the neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. We had a couple minor issues come up and the home owner was very prompt and responsive to our needs. Overall we had a great stay.
