My family and I stayed for one night and although the trip was short, it was comfortable. The space was smaller than we excepted but the four of us had a great time. Beds were comfortable and the tv had Roku so that was enjoyable to watch at the end of the day. The bathroom was clean and provided several towels! The kitchen provided dishes and cookware to cook (we did not use) but it was nice to see. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. Kitchen was not properly stocked for 4 people but there ended up only being 2 of us so it worked out. My biggest issue with this room on the property is the door. When the lock worked (which it did most of the time) the door required you to put your shoulder into it to get it to open. I actually fell into the room once trying to get the lock to work and the door to open. Whole facility is very run down now- each unit is privately owned. Unit 3,s door has a gap from the shin down so you can see light through it. While there is a deadbolt, there is no additional security lock on the door. The microwave works sporadically- heating for a few minutes, then totally quitting -blanking put for awhile without throwing the breaker There’s rust in the freezer compartment shelves, orange grunge on the left side of the fridge and on the bottom of the front. It was not wonderfully inspiring, but was comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed for a 1 night stay and was in a good location for us as a stopping of point while travelling down the coast.
