What's nearby:
The International Police Museum, a great stop for history buffs, is less than one block away. Guests will find miles of beach to explore in either direction. Public beach access is just two blocks from the motel, at the west end of N 3rd Avenue. Head east to Highway 101 to find plenty of shops (including thrift stores!) to explore and numerous dining options. Hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and take a trip down to Garibaldi - the platform is less than a quarter-mile away!

The bed needs to be replaced. It was very loud. I believe the springs are broken. The slightest of movement was very loud and would wake us up. The television did not work. We head to the cost twice a year. The price was fine but we will not stay again unless the bed is replaced.

Good for a cheap motel. There is no kitchenette. The bed is incredibly loud. Tv remotes didn't work either. But it was fine for our needs.

This is a small room. The pictures were taken at an angle to make it look a lot bigger. It was comfortable enough though. The outside of the building needs work. It was a bit worn down. Even had dead birds around it. Only a few parking spaces in back, so had to get creative to park. Nice that they had so many towels, including beach towels for us. Wasn’t very clean, even though we paid for cleaning fees. There was spilled coffee on the tables and night stand when we arrived as examples. Overall, if you are good with a small motel room, this will work for you.

Typical older, dated motel-type room. Great location. Floor was NOT clean. Full of sand … sorry, if they’re gonna charge a big fat cleaning fee, they better clean it!

Quality place for the price

The property is a bit off putting- it’s a closed down, run down motel. But they put some effort into renovating and once you get inside everything is clean and functional. Location is great- right by the beach and Rockaway is a great middle spot to go up or down the coast. Vacasa was easy to communicate with and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Keys stuck in lock and couldn't get in room. The man who cleaned our room was very nice and helpful. Could only go in one door. Hair dryer didn't work, upstairs people were so loud thought they would fall through the ceiling and the bed was like sleeping on an air mattress, small and noisy with every move. Definitely was not a queen bed.

Nice stay

Everything was really nice the only thing we had an issue with was the lock on the door didn’t work I had to pretend to lock the door every time we left to do something. Other than that it was beautiful and the closeness to the beach was cool.
