This home is located in a quiet residential area. To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, a noise monitoring system is in place (no indoor surveillance). Please keep noise levels respectful, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Perfect for families! Everything was a bit aged, but that helped with the comfort level of having kids and a pet there. The views were exceptional, and the hosts were anxious to help and make things better. Our only complaint was the home was set up for 10 people, and we ran out of toilet paper by day 2-3 on a 7 day stay. We never had to turn on the ac because the sliding doors opened and kept the living space fresh. Privacy was amazing also.

Positives- This property has an epic view with balconies on every level, big enough to accommodate our party of 6, accepts pets, and the beds are comfortable. Negatives- Property was not clean enough to my liking, needed updated, and the carpets and furniture were very worn. It’s more of a camp type vibe.

You get what you pay for

You definitely get what you pay for in this house. It is old and in slight disrepair but the views are AMAZING and the price is very low. It worked for our needs and the property manager was very communicative. The location is good, short drive to beach and other coastal towns like Astoria and Seaside. There was bedding left in the washer and dryer, which wasn’t too big of a deal, and the it didn’t seem like the floors had been vacuumed/cleaned. Also, there aren’t a lot of towels. Oh, and the stove only had one knob on it, but we were still able to cook what we needed.Overall, the price is low and if you gauge your expectations accordingly, it’s really not a bad stay.

The location of the property and outside of the home was wonderful.The inside of the home was very outdated Half of the appliances did not work.The stove did not work and we were there for Thanksgiving.Everything was very filthy and there were spiders And cobwebs everywhere I rented this place to have family from other states Meet us there so we could enjoy thanksgiving and it was very embarrassing.

Beautiful location. Beautiful views. The house has many levels with stairs that makes it very difficult for people who have mobility issues. Bathrooms work well with good water pressure. Kitchen needs work and not well stocked. Lacking toaster and teakettle which the host later provided us. Dish towels were limited and old. . . Due to bad weather we left early.

Stairway to heaven

It really is the stairway to heaven, kids loved running around up and down the stairs, kept them busy for hours, while the adults got to relax and play games. Beautiful views of the ocean and the relaxing sound.

The sound of the ocean was beautiful and beautiful views. Family room was very comfortable. Some dust and lots of spiders outside and webs inside. But overall it was a great first time experience with my family staying in a home. The location was perfect with no neighbors too close.

Unique house with a gorgeous ocean view

We were looking for a place that would be quiet, have a great view, and was close to town and the beach. This was perfect! The house was perfect for our family members and it felt very homey and charming. The 10 am checkout was the earliest of any other place we stayed on our trip but the property was worth it! It was a memorable stay!

Breathtaking Views

I have stayed at many rental houses in Rockaway, including beach front properties and I can say without a doubt this was the best place with the best views hands down. Walking into the house was jaw dropping - the views everywhere in the house were spectacular. The house was very cozy, the favorite place was definitely the small "book nook" on the upper floor. Things were easy to find in the house and any issues or questions that arose during the stay were promptly answered by the iTrip staff who were always very kind and friendly! The only critique I would give would be possibly doing a little bit better "deep cleaning" from time to time as there were some spaces with a lot of cobwebs, but they were in harder to reach spots which is understandable and never felt like the location was gross or unclean. The rooms had plenty of storage for clothes for the trip without taking up too much space! The house had a lot of character to it which was fun, it really is such a charming place!

Beautiful Home - Great Location, Amazing View

I can't say enough how much we LOVED this home. We were on a birthday/graduation get away from an 18 year old who is obsessed with retro styles and unique architecture. This place delivered. It had a retro style while still being clean. It was very spacious and allowed the four of us the space we needed to enjoy our stay. The photos do not do this property justice. We spent a ton of time on the decks and staring out the window at the view. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of gathering spaces to relax in the evening. Kitchen was well appointed. The only odd thing was that it looked like the burner nobs on the stove may have been replaced and the temperatures did not seem to line up. It took a little guesswork to figure out what the temperature actually was. Maybe just a little note of the fridge would have been helpful. We would stay here again. If work allowed we would have loved to stay for longer. You can see the beach and get to the beach in minutes but the landscaping and location makes you feel like you are all along when you are at the home. This is the best vacation rental experience I have had since I started going to vacation rentals about 6 years ago.

Everything about this place and the process of renting it were excellent. My only problem was it advertised as sleeping 10. Which technically, it does. But it was 1 king size, 1 queen size beds that were fine. After that, unless you have children, were not at all suited for adults.

Fantastic experience

Had kids that loved the stairs running all around the house with lots of decks with amazing views for the adults. Grill was awesome for feeding the family. Careful for older members of your family as there are plenty of stairs (2 small flights just to get from front door to living room) owner responded right away.
