There are several fountains, swings, and walk ways that your family will surely enjoy. The Garden Spot is located within a mile from downtown Rock Hill, Winthrop University, and Rock Hill's Indoor Sports Complex. Smart TV's in every bedroom. This bungalow was built circa 1928 and features 9 ft ceilings, pine floors, and a newly refinished original ball and claw tub. The tub has a hand wand but no shower. I'm close by if needed. You can call, text, or message my through Airbnb. Great Location! The heart of Rock Hill. 25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, 20 minutes to Carowinds, 15 minutes to Fort Mill.
