Walking distance from Fountain Park, downtown Rock Hill, less than one mile from Winthrop University and 5 Min to the Rock Hill Indoor Sports Complex. Smart TV's in both bedrooms This is an upstairs apartment with a private entrance on the back side of the house. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom home that is available for short term rental as well. Guests are expected to be respectful of our downstairs tenants. The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with basic cooking essentials. It also has a washer, dryer, microwave, coffee pot, and coffee. The living room has a futon sofa that will sleep one and a double bed off to the side. The bedroom has a Queen rice bed and a dresser. The bathroom has a tiled bath/shower . Outside there is a small covered sitting area. Please park in the designated upstairs parking area and do not block the driveway. I'm close by if needed. This space provided all we needed plus being close to the historic downtown was an added bonus! Only recommendation I would make would be to put some sort of black out drapery on the bedroom windows. I texted the owner and expected some level (not a full) reimbursement for freezing all night long, only to be told the pilot light must have gone out. We enjoyed walking to Fountain park to view the water fountain display. We also enjoyed window shopping at many of the stores and stopped at the french bakery Amelias for a treat. Such a wonderful downtown. Sara was great with her communications and the home was a perfect stay for me and my husband and our pups. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at one of Sara's places.
