Rooms were adequate size. Sun porch was very comfortable and perfect for two kids to play. Suggestions to what I understand to be new owners: Three lamps needed repair and did not work; the door blinds in the creek-side bedroom should be replaced with a dark curtain. They didn't work well and when we got there one of the slats was in the closet and not even attached. There seemed to be sewer gases coming up through the drain in the shower of the separate bedroom suite. All of these things are fixable and have been reported to the new host. The home was clean, the beds were comfy and the showers had amazing water pressure. We very much appreciated that our dog was welcome. The location was minutes from great restaurants and the small Downtown of Rock Hall. The large open yard was fun for playing frisbee and the ease of kayaking was enjoyed as well. ##### Jill W. House was extremely clean, lawn freshly mowed upon our arrival. House is well appointed, and sunroom offered great water views in A/C since it was very hot weather. About 10 minutes from Rock Hall Harbor & 20 minutes to Chestertown. Beautiful water views and quiet neighborhood as just woods on the other side of the water. Lots of jellyfish but we used kayaks provided. Only negative was very poor phone service (Verizon) - could e:mail but phone calls usually failed. Hopefully, this can be resolved. ##### Teresa G.
