Rooms were adequate size. Sun porch was very comfortable and perfect for two kids to play. Suggestions to what I understand to be new owners: Three lamps needed repair and did not work; the door blinds in the creek-side bedroom should be replaced with a dark curtain. They didn't work well and when we got there one of the slats was in the closet and not even attached. There seemed to be sewer gases coming up through the drain in the shower of the separate bedroom suite. All of these things are fixable and have been reported to the new host.
