Newly remodeled "Beach" Themed home that is close to downtown and Mayo Clinic.

The Beach House is a 1 bedroom with a living room that has a queen memory foam pullout couch. So it sleeps 4 comfortably. Everything inside is new. It is only a few blocks from the civic center and other downtown sites. It is a great place to stay if you have appointments at the Mayo Clinic, as it is about a mile and a half from the downtown buildings and about 2 and a half miles from St. Mary's Buildings.

It is located on a corner lot with parking available in driveway.

You will also find many conveniences of home:
o Fully stocked kitchen
o WiFi
o Coffee maker (K Cup style) with a few varieties to choose from
o Washer/Dryer with detergent
o Iron & Board

Things to note:
No dishwasher
Small (cozy) home. It is only 576 sq ft.

Beach House Details & Amenities

This house is well suited for a couple, but it can accommodate two others in the "memory foam" pull out couch if needed. There is also a "Pack N Play" available for an infant. The main bedroom is in the basement. The pull out couch is on the main floor and would work well for a limited mobility couple/person. There are only two steps to get in the front door.

KITCHEN: It is fully stocked with most commonly used utensils, pots, pans, single serve coffee maker, blender, and a toaster. All the appliances are new: Microwave, stove, refrigerator. There is NOT a dishwasher.

LAUNDRY: There is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the basement. There is also laundry detergent available for use and an iron and small board.

LIVING ROOM: There is a pull out couch available if you have additional guests and/or do not want to use the steps to the basement. There is a Smart TV on the wall and also a stereo (Bluetooth capable) with speakers in each room.

BEDROOM:
o Master bedroom is in the basement with a wall mount Smart TV and queen size bed.
o Pull out couch in living room
o Pack N Play on shelf in laundry room

BATHROOM: Full bath--tub/shower

WIFI: Free WiFi!

Exceptional VRBO!

This cutie of a home was very clean and had everything we could need for a stay in Rochester. Quiet neighborhood. Corner lot VRBO with parking. The host was responsive, offered an earlier check in, had chocolate as a thank you for us, k-cups and tea, and even a well instructed guide book for the checkout process and use of items in the home.We would recommend this place and we would return here for another stay.

VERY NICE little house. Everything was new and done with high quality products and excellent craftsmanship. We stayed 10 days and were very pleased. Would highly recommend. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful house

Such a cute home. It was conveniently located near Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Bedroom is downstairs and very quiet for restful sleep.

The Best Find in Rochester

We were in Rochester for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Access to the Clinic was convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We'll be back in March and plan to stay there again.

Beach House Get Away

I booked for a stay for appts at Mayo. There were just two of us. The home is well situated for Mayo it’s a quick trip!! It’s also well located in terms of needing to run for coffee, restaurants, to the grocery store…etc. all things we found near. The home is very organized, clutter free and cheerfully decorated in bright colors. It’s equipped with modern lighting, heating and sound systems. The floors are heated in the basement and bathroom which was lovely!! The kitchen is well equipped and has good counter space!! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt right at home!! The host was courteous, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure we were doing well and didn’t need anything. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. This will be our new “look to book first” when we come back soon!! Highly recommend 10/10!!
