It wasn't close to Mayo but that didn't matter to us. The townhouse is very new, super clean and had most of what we needed. There are several stairs to access the bedroom upstairs but that worked for us. We liked that both bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached and another 2 piece bathroom on the main level. We found the townhouse to have most of what we needed but would have been great to have a pair of scissors, a lighter and some seating outside. The unit had too many plug in air fresheners for our family with asthma. Overall the unit was great. ##### Christy H. While getting treatment at Mayo Clinic, it was nice that the drive back and forth was short and easy. Walmart, dollar tree, and several restaurants within 5 minutes.
