Two sweetheart cottages: The Mid-Century and '70s Villas, combine for your special large group, creating a stunning Villa Complex. Relax with rare sunsets and late afternoon poolside splendor. Minutes away from parks, villages, and country golf clubs: Oakhill, Irondequoit, and Island Valley.  
The space  
The complex is full of surprises. The Mid-Century Villa is artistically adorned and infused with "Women at leisure." Marilyn Monroe and Betty Boop are both visitors in the kitchen dinette. The '70s Villa is adorned with an Asian flair and a "Bedroom walk in the garden." Both Villas have 7 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 sun-room patios, 2 kitchens, 2 unique living rooms, and more.
