Great older property with absolutely heavenly beds! Quiet and excellent staff. I would offer a complimentary light breakfast, but can understand why they do not with the Bistro on premise. Lovely pool. Overall solid 8 out of 10. We will return in the future.

The property is very nice… Although the elevator could use a rehab, but in general, the rooms are clean the staff is excellent and I would stay there again

FRONT DESK STAFF was EXCELLENT!!! The young man there could not do enough for us. The bartender was amazing as well Saturday night. They made the stay very welcoming.

Stayed here for a night with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and looked better then the pictures. As well as the lobby. Must of been renovated recently. Only downside is breakfast wasn’t included and the tv in our room was on the dresser bedside the bed which made it hard to watch tv together. The blanket had a few stains on it so we didn’t use it.

I'm sorry that you were not aware that breakfast was not included. At Courtyard, our breakfast is available for purchase as it is made to order. While we know there are other properties that offer complimentary breakfast, (properties I may have worked for in the past), I can tell you that the care and quality that goes into our breakfast makes it well worth it, as well as offering many of Starbucks signature beverages. In the future, we do offer package rates that include breakfast for 2. I have conveyed your comments regarding the blanket in the room to our housekeeping team so they may address that and sincerely apologize for this. I did not like the fact that you charged my account up front. And you also put an additional hold of $250 without telling me prior and it overdrew my account. And I am a member and had to prove that I was a member before. You would give me a little bag with goldfish and water that's ridiculous

Dear Riva, Thank you for you recent stay and please accept my apologies for you not seeing the inforamtion regarding our incidental holds. We have our policy regarding the additional "250 incidental" in a follow up email after you book, that email was sent to you on 2/2/2024 at 10:04PM when you booked. In addition all hotels will require authorization for room tax and anticipated incidentals when you check in, whatever is not used of this authorization falls off 5-7 business days after departure which is determined by your financial institution. In regards to your Marriott Bonvoy membership information, as you booked through Expedia, it would not relay that information to us, which you would need to provide that to our front desk. We are sorry that you did not like our Bonvoy Welcome Gift, however it's a nice touch that many of our Bonvoy Members enjoy. I'm not sure how can better communicate this information to our guests, but will keep this in mind for the future, however we have taken every step in relaying this information to our guests prior to their arrival to ensure they can plan for this. Again please accept our apologies for you not seeing this prior to your arrival and we wish you safe travels.

Specifically chose this location because it had an on site restaurant I could have dinner. I was being dropped off and we would have no vehicle. As I was checking in, I was told that there would be no food service available. I think I should have received notice about that before arrival.

Had a great stay. Quiet, clean, staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. Didn’t smell bad. Price was great. That’s pretty much all I’m looking for in a hotel stay! I’ll stay there again when I am back in the area.

The Jacuzzi has been filled in and tiled over! The pool is cold. Not what you would expect from a Marriott Hotel. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms are updated, very nice and clean.

We have removed any advertisement of our jacuzzi from our webpage as well as our travel partners webpage, however our signage in the hotel still lists it, as we are awaiting for our new signage package. This hotel has seen its better days. The staff is friendly but the facility itself is worn and could use a renovation. It hasn't kept up with other similar type hotels.
