I enjoyed all the ammenities offered including the complimentary breakfast and dinner. Was very helpful since i was staying for a procedure (surgery). The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. I definitely plan on coming back again... hopefully not for surgery

I loved that it was walkable, directly across the street to St. Mary's Hospital Francis/Tower door. First morning we had to leave before breakfast hours but noticed there was plenty of grab and go items for us. Very convenient - will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable and had everything you may need. The breakfast was very good, the premises super clean, and the staff is super kind and helpful. There are plenty of places in the area to eat. And, they have covered oarking.

Could walk right across the street to St. Mary’s hospital. A couple different dining choices within walking distance. Very friendly and professional staff. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Clean throughout property and in good repair. Breakfast included in price and enough choices to tide you over until lunch. Great price for all the amenities. We spent our time at the hospital so did not use the pool or hot tub unfortunately

Underground parking was safe but very limited room to park and move cars around in. Also dead end signs should be posted so people know that you either had to back out or try to turn around in very limited space.

Mayo trip
I have to say we stayed in the 2 bed suite and it was amazing. Perfect size for 2 adults a preschool, a toddler and an infant . With the full-size fridge able to meal plan . Also, they have a fabulous free breakfast and every evening they have a simple meal that is also free . The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We know mayo is in our future so will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very pleasant. There was a breakfast, but I did not take advantage of this. It is conveniently located across from Mayo Hospital and a 20 minute walk to Mayo Clinic.

Nice common areas, nice rooms, but no staff could be found when I attempted to check-in. STAFF member from other property finally came over to check us in. Then gentlemen that should have been there showed up and then was very annoyed by me needing better instructions on how to get in to the parking garage

Front desk person was not very helpful. Sering my 87 year old mother with a cane, then assigning us the furthest room on the fourth floor, which was a long, winding walk like a rat in a maze. It wasnt very accomodating for my mother and the gal behind the desk seemed to care less.

Front desk staff was super nice and friendly. We stayed 2 nights, didn't know they would clean while we were at breakfast. My adult toy was in a towel that housekeeping took. Was told the person in the laundry room kept it for themselves. So gross!!
