Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom is also located on the main floor and one downstairs. Over 2,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store. We have many additional houses downtown in case this is booked. Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer Harmony House. Over 2,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 4 steps to get into the home, so it is easy access for most. Ranch style house layout. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. If this house is full please check out one of our many additional houses downtown. A double-car garage is available with the house. Please park in the garage/driveway. 3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival. There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use, game tables are not full sized. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee. No smoking or vaping are allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you. Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house. We also have a fan. We have been serving in the business industry since 2003\. We are Covered By Faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. Covered By Faith is run by a family not a cooperation. We care about you and your stay in Rochester. Other things to note Camera is located outside for your safety. You are getting the entire house. No shared space. You can contact us through the app or direct message number on the fridge. In the backyard we are a hop away from the walking path along side the river that leads to Kutzky Park. We are blocks from Mayo, St. Mary's, restaurants, gas station and Walgreens. There are buses, Lyft and Uber in the city besides taxi service. On our site it list information to these services.
