Appartement bien situé, problème d'eau chaude a plusieurs reprises mais a été géré très réactivement par la gérante . Odeur de fioul a l arriver qui c'est estompé 2j apres . Robinetterie de la cuisine défectueux. Quelques petits détails , sans gravité majeur . Lieu paisible , agréable et très fonctionnel . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mal débuté, odeur de fuel dans la salle d'eau ( normal et obligé, la ventouse de la chaudière est juste sous la fenêtre). Plus d'eau chaude le 3ème jour, mais la réparation a été faite dans la journée. La location aurai besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Point positif, la localisation est très bien. La région très belle.

#### Condition horrible et proprietaire pas sympa
Pire location entre particuliers de ma vie: Logement extrêmement sale Photos non conformes: elles correspondent en partie aux gites d'à coté Tres forte odeurs de fuel Sur 5jours de locaation: 2 jours sans eau chaude, 2 jours avec des coupures d'eau sans etre prevenu Pas de table et de chaise sur la terasse pour profiter de l'exterieur comme sur les photos Propriétaire absolument pas à l'écoute ( la chaudiere etait coupée, de ma faute?) Et de mauvaise foie. C'était le dernier logement disponible de toute la region en derniere minute en ce debut aout. J'aurai du m'abstenir. Je vous conseille egalement de passer votre chemin.

#### Séjour de pêche en auvergne
Voyage de pêche en rivière en auvergne qui aurait pu être super si les eaux de la Cure et de la Dordogne n'avaient pas été aussi hautes et rapides. Heureusement nous avons pu nous rabattre sur quelques lacs alentour notamment celui de Servières que nous recommandons de par son site et la qualité de ses poissons. Le gîte est spacieux, bien situé, et André très attentionné. Les paysages superbes, les fromages succulents et les visites de châteaux et du Puy de Dôme avec son train à crémaillère restent mémorables. Très bon séjour au final.

Odeur de fuel dans le hall de l'entrée,et dans l'appartement surtout dans la salle de bain du bas,pas de chauffage dans la chambre du bas,on a jamais pu mettre la télé en marche, la serrure de la portes entré fonctionne pas bien,et la grande pièces de vie, il faut toujours de la lumières. Dommage de tous c'est détails, appartement spacieux autrement pour 6 à 10 personnes

#### Logement très fonctionnel
Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce logement pendant la période de vacances d'hiver. Le logement se trouve à 30 minutes en voiture de la station de ski. Au niveau du logement il y a vraiment beaucoup de lits donc cela convient pour une grande famille ! (enfant en bas âge comme personnes âgées) Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et s'adapte à nos besoins ! Le logement se trouve dans le centre du village, proche des commerces (boulanger notamment).

Logement qui a du potentiel mais qui mériterait un gros rafraîchissement, tant pour les sanitaires que les sols . Trop de meubles ( vétustes)qui encombrent ,qui n’étaient pas présent sur les photos Très mauvaise odeur de fioul . Nous sommes restés le minimun dans le logement, surtout à cause de l’odeur et la propreté très limite. J’ai dû nettoyer le frigo avant de mettre des aliments à l’intérieur. C’est très dommage car ce logement a beaucoup de potentiel et il est relativement bien placé .

#### lieu calme
maison très bien située dans un village très calme, beaucoup de couchages, pour les points positifs. on se demande à quoi sert le forfait ménage, les poubelles non vidées, une cuisine très sale (hotte+ four) et le nettoyage des salles de bain laisse a désirer. Il reste de la nourriture dans le frigo, et celui-ci est beaucoup trop petit pour le nombre de personnes, nous étions 7\. gros point négatif: l'odeur de fioul trop présente même en été. heureusement que nous avons pu ouvrir les fenêtres, je n'ose même pas imaginer ce que ça doit donner l'hiver.

La maison est bien pour 2 familles/3 couples. Nous avons bien profité de la localisation. Les procédures de départ et d'arrivée sont très simples. La maison n'est pas récente, il y avait une légère odeur de fioul.

Maison de vacances très bien équipée et bien située entre la chaîne des puys et le massif du Sancy. L'odeur de fuel est réelle dans la cage d'escalier menant au logement (très peu ressentie dans le logement lui même).
