Honest review
Lovely place, the room i stayed in had no phone active which was a downside, so no room service unless you use your personal phone to contact the main line. Staff were helpful, i did ask for a late checkout, so i could have a swim. Late check out 10:15 am. $100 cash deposit is required on arrival, and is returned within the 10 business days. All in all, lovely place. As i was travelling solo i enjoyed it.

If there was any thing wrong it was fixed. I REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL FAULT IN ROOM 61,THE TOASTER CAN BE USED WITHOUT TURNING THE POWER ON.AND IT WAS NOT FIXED WHILE I WAS THERE.

Over priced, evidenced by the empty rooms. Pity because they could have filled it at a reasonable price. No walkable access to any other facilities/food. The restaurant provided a beautiful meal at a premium but the staff were under trained (which is a nice way to say it).

Have stayed here before, but this was my first time in a standard room. The villas (bedroom apartment) was pretty good, but my latest stay in the motel room was a very different experience. The room was clean, but unbeknown to me the freezer was turned off. I had to throw out some grocery items the next day that had thawed out. That might be the previous guests fault though. The hot water in the shower took an eternity to get going. The advert for the room said ‘soundproof rooms’. It was anything but. The traffic noise from trucks and motorbikes was incredible, even with all the windows closed. Also I heard loud slamming doors, lots of noise from the neighbour through the wall (yelling, baby crying etc), voices from people walking past my room, and the sound of someone with huge feet regularly walking up and down the stairs (perhaps Bigfoot really does exist?!) Couldn’t find any place outside to recycle, only a recycle bin for bottles and cans. Asked for a late checkout but was told it was something that could only be requested on the day of departure. Despite lots of vacancies they would only offer me maximum 30 mins ‘for free’. Most hotels offer late checkouts of up to 2-3 hours without charge, especially to regular guests, AND it can be arranged the day before too. Can’t say I felt appreciated during this stay. If you’re going to stay here, get yourself a Villa.The motel room experience was totally horrible.

Regarding your late check out, due to the high volume of occupancy we limit the late check out so our housekeeping staff will have time to clean the rooms by 2pm. Stayed 2 night and wash basin was blocked. Maintenance team wasn’t available until next day afternoon. 4 star hotel should have a ability to solve this type of problem within 1 to 2 hour, while it took 1 day to solve it.

Staff we so helpful and friendly. The villa was very clean. Plenty of towels. Beds comfortable. Lots of spqce for parking. Kids playground. Buffet breakfast was ok. Pancakes to over cooked though. The air con was very noisy in our first room but the staff were so helpful to change rooms ( in fact a couple of times as the first one has not hot water). Some facilities might need more maintenance for guests

We booked and paid for a deluxe room for 3 and were put in a basic standard room with brick walls and tired old furniture and fittings. We were also asked for a $100 bond on checkin which we new nothing about. Definitely not going back.

Hi Anne, we are very sorry we were not able to meet your expectations for your stay. It is our primary concern to meet the best possible level of service for all guests who stay with us. The room you stayed in was not one of our standard rooms however, as you were checked into a "Deluxe Queen and Single" room. As per standard hotel procedure, we take a 100 bond which is refunded after checkout to cover any incidentals or room service which may be charged to the room. The bond is a normal procedure which is present in many other hotels, and information about the bond is located on all booking platforms. Again, we apologise that our hotel did not meet your expectations and we hope that you understand your feedback is highly appreciated and goes into making our hotel an even greater place.
