"Very cozy ,homey place. A little outdated on decoration is the only downfall. Beds are comfy and the air conditioning works great. But as soon you get to beach none of that matters. Watch the sunrise from the patio. Definitely will be returning. A little peace of heaven on earth "

"Our stay at cocoa sands was perfect. We loved being steps away from the beach and so close to everything in cocoa beach. There was so much to do, we loved all the wildlife that we got to see as well! We hope to be back someday again! "

"Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! "
