    Serenity Beach House est une maison privée de 3 200 pieds carrés située le long de sa propre plage de sable blanc de 100 pieds. Les quatre chambres donnent sur l’océan et disposent chacune de leur propre salle de bain privative. Les chambres principales, situées au rez-de-chaussée, sont équipées de très grands lits et de téléviseurs à écran plat de 50 pouces. L’une des chambres du rez-de-chaussée dispose d’un très grand lit, tandis que la deuxième est équipée de deux lits doubles. Chaque chambre est dotée de son propre climatiseur et d’un ventilateur de plafond. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de rideaux occultants et de linge de lit haut de gamme. Les salles de bain disposent toutes d’une douche et de toilettes privatives et sont pourvues de serviettes haut de gamme.

    Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une grande cuisine gastronomique dotée de plans de travail en granit et d’armoires en bois massif du Honduras. Elle est équipée d’appareils électroménagers GE Profile en acier inoxydable, notamment une grande machine à glaçons intégrée à l’îlot central, une cuisinière avec four, un four mural séparé, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un grand réfrigérateur côte à côte à portes à la française. La cuisine est équipée d’ustensiles de cuisine haut de gamme, de couteaux, d’assiettes, de verres, d’une cafetière, d’un mixeur et de tout le matériel qu’un chef est en droit d’attendre dans une cuisine privée de grande qualité.

    Le salon familial situé au rez-de-chaussée présente de magnifiques plafonds voûtés en bois massif, une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, un canapé modulable avec une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces, un lecteur DVD et une chaîne hi-fi. Les portes accordéon de 20 pieds du salon s’ouvrent sur la grande terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur le récif et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

    Le salon du rez-de-chaussée dispose d’un canapé-lit et de deux fauteuils confortables pour regarder la télévision à écran plat de 50".

    Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une grande buanderie équipée d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge. Vous trouverez également une douche extérieure à l’eau douce pour vous rincer après une plongée, une baignade ou une séance de plongée avec tuba.

    La grande piscine est située au bord de la plage, face au magnifique récif de Roatán et à ses couchers de soleil époustouflants. La terrasse est bien aménagée avec une table à manger pour 8 personnes et un parasol, des chaises longues et un coin salon. Vous trouverez également des chaises longues et des hamacs à profiter sur la plage. Aucun bel espace de vie extérieur ne serait complet sans un barbecue haut de gamme. La Serenity Beach House est équipée d’un barbecue en acier inoxydable de qualité professionnelle de 42 pouces, idéal pour cuisiner la « prise du jour ».

    L’ensemble de la maison est équipé d’un système de purification de l’eau. Toute l’eau à l’intérieur de la maison est potable! Vous disposez également d’une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit dont la portée s’étend jusqu’au bout du ponton privé.

    La Serenity Beach House est équipée de deux planches de stand up paddle et de matériel de plongée avec tuba pour (6) adultes et (2) enfants

    La Serenity Beach House est située dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes seulement de West End, le cœur de Roatán. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent être proches de l’animation de West End tout en bénéficiant d’une intimité à l’écart de la foule. West Bay n’est qu’à quelques minutes en bateau-taxi ou en taxi.

We had the best stay at Serenity Beach House! We were a group of 8 adults and it was our first time to Roatan. We loved everything about the house and its lay out was very spacious and functional for our group! Amos, the boat captain and onsite contact took care of every the we needed! We loved how welcoming he and the rest of the staff we interacted with were! We cannot wait to come back some day!

Everything was fantastic! Make sure to not book any activities in advance and when you arrive, the caretaker of the property and boat, Amos, will hook you up with everything including boat trips, restaurant recommendations, monkey and sloth tours, etc.

We had a wonderful time. The dock made the trip for us. Water is kind of mucky but still fun! Just not the white sand as they have at other beaches. We loved our time!

I feel like we got lucky when we chose this location. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The beachfront and swimming pool are cleaned daily. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils a group of eight could need. The lucky part was Amos and the boat. We used his services most days. Not only did he drive the boat to wonderful snorkeling locations. He also directed us to delicious restaurants and a 16 line zip line experience that included sloths, birds, and monkeys. We snorkeled with starfish, stingrays, and sharks! We never had to go through any travel services. This saved us a lot of time and money and transportation costs. Amos‘s laid-back personality made us feel comfortable and never rushed. If you book this place, call Amos before scheduling anything else. 504-3262-1561. He just wants us to have a good time so that we will come back. We will!

Beautiful property and experience

The home was beautiful, however if access to the water including paddle boarding, kayaking and similar activities is of interest, I couldn’t recommend it more. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and into the water. When you exit the small community there’s a small market across the street. Everything else was within a few minutes drive or a water taxi.

What an absolutely magical property! We had an incredible week relaxing at this incredible retreat. The house itself was very comfortable, well furnished and supplied. The beds were quite comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water.The pictures scarcely do the property justice -- it is, if possible, even more beautiful. Beyond the pool were the shallow waters of the bight where pelicans dove for fish and the sunset dazzled us. We just ket repeating our astonishment at how beautiful it was.Emos was an amazing caretaker of the home and snorkel guide, taking us to crystalline waters where we saw scores of incandescent fish. Definitely rent the boat -- it was the cherry on top.Also, I highly recommend hiring Chef Sue to come cook for you. She came twice during our week and her culinary creations brought us all to our knees. Also, we had Darling Banegas of Massage for Locals come to the house for an outdoor massage -- heaven!All around, an exceptional property we'd visit again and again. Perfection!

Perfekter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Es war ein sehr schöner Ort für eine Familie die entspannt Urlaub machen möchte. Amos war der perfekte Betreuer, Angeltour ist ein muss,und auch ansonsten hat sich Amos um jede unserer Belange gekümmert. Jenny, die Köchin war ein Gedicht.. Alberto die Reinigungskraft war korrekt und unauffällig. Es war schon eine lange Reise nach Roatan von Deutschland aus, deshalb haben wir einen Zwischenstopp in New York gemacht,das kann ich nur empfehlen,das ist entspannter. Meine Jungs haben, obwohl wir noch nie einen Urlaubsort zweimal besucht haben den Wunsch geäußert Roatan bzw diesen Ort nochmals zu besuchen-Dank Amos;-)

We had an incredible week at Serenity beach house. The house itself has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The location is picturesque and serene, while having access to West End and West Bay. The highlight of the whole trip was the staff though. Communication even prior to arriving in Roatan was great and continued throughout our stay. As other reviews mentioned, we didn’t make our plans until coordinating with Amos, and he was instrumental in ensuring our week went as well as it did. While we didn’t use him for the boat, he was able to coordinate an itinerary for our smaller group, ensuring we had the best experience, working around the windy weather and cruise ship schedules. A few minor issues to note. We had power outages throughout the week we were there. The longest one being around 4 hours. The property managers were quick with communication to provide updates for when the power would return. Also there is construction going on directly next door, that typically started at 7 am and went throughout the day. The noise did not bother us too much, but something to be aware of if you are a late sleeper or looking for a more tranquil experience. Overall I would highly recommend the property for all it has to offer, but particularly for the staff.

Loved it!

Serenity Beach House is a beautiful, well-maintained property. Our group of 8 loved everything about it. We had plenty of space and privacy when we wanted it and plenty of room to be together as a group for meals and conversation. The deck, pool and dock are fantastic! We took advantage of the boat/captain option and enjoyed our time with Amos and his back-up captain Hermando. Jenny from Detour Roatan prepared three different dinners for our group and all were delicious. The only downside? The mosquitos and no-see-ums. We used lots of spray and still came away with bug bites galore.

Relaxation at it's best!!!!

This property is well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and cookware for many successful meals in the spacious kitchen and living area. We traveled for a week of total relaxation and that is what we got. Thanks to Amos, the caretaker, he is so responsive, and better than that, an all around great guy and boat captain. If you rent this property a day of boating with Amos is a must, he knows his homeland and the ocean so well and we had the most amazing time with him. The home has kayaks and paddle boards for fun and a wonderful pool that during February has both sun and shade. The dock and deck at the end of the dock is the best place in the world for morning coffee. The home is neat and comfortable. Make sure to inquire at the rental office if there will be any service technicians expected during your stay. The four bedrooms were spacious and the onsuite bathrooms very nice. We would rent this home again without question.

Great beach house with some privacy

This house was exactly as listed. They sent a taxi to get us from the air port and take us directly to checkin. The air conditioners in every room was a great relief from the heat/humidity. We had a fantastic day with Amos when we set up a charter with him. All the guys went fishing in the morning then we all went to Little French Key after they cleaned the fish. Amos is a great boat Captain and fantastic around the house, he came by to check on us and if we needed anything we just had to call him. He is able to setup anything that is needed or will help you himself. The property is just off the busy west end so we were able to drive a quick 5 min or take a water taxi into town. We enjoyed the quiet nights and privacy the neighborhood provided. The kayaks and paddle boards provided let us go out past the bay and snorkel at the reef. It was so easy to get to where people were scuba diving and see all the reef. The property is well maintained and we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing week in Roatan

We had an absolutely amazing time at this lovely home in beautiful Roatan. The house is gorgeous and met our expectations and then some! We spent many hours in the pool, kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay, and lounging in the hammocks on the dock for our morning coffee and evening sunsets. The house has everything you need in terms of space, comfort, supplies and the kitchen is absolutely stocked for those that like to cook! The absolute best part of our stay was Amos, the boat captain and caretaker. He made this trip one that we will never forget by taking us to the most amazing snorkel spots, showing us different parts of the island that we would not have been able to see otherwise, and of course hitting all the right spots to catch our first ever dinner of barracuda! You absolutely cannot rent this house without renting the boat as well and having Amos as a part of your vacation…you will not regret it! Check in/out and communication with Roatan Vacation Rentals was easy, and they were very helpful with setting up rides for us as we chose to not rent a car. Overall one of the best vacations we have taken and we cannot recommend this rental enough. We will be back!

Great place

This home is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or certainly a resort, depending on what you are looking for. Emos/Amos is awesome and he can certainly make the trip a great and memorable, he will help you with what you need and has great contacts/suggestions for things to do in the area as well as take you out on the boat. I highly recommend taking several trips on the boat to do something that interests you, take advantage of having such a knowledgeable and helpful guy like him. Our trip started out with storms which impacted various things, but overall the property is fun for a group, with activities you can do and of course excursions you can do. Make sure you have a good vehicle as the quasi-long dirt road is not great, but as I mentioned we were there after/during storms so that likely made them even worse. Management will help you with things, but make sure the phone is loaded with minutes upon your arrival and use Whatsapp as an alternative to reach them. A person with the rental management office, Liz, met us at the house on our final day before check-out. While they provide a list with instructions, it would be much more helpful if someone was there to meet you at the house upon check-in, when you have questions and concerns and don't know the property rather than only on your final day at check-out when you have had to figure out numerous things on your own or with the help of Emos. The rental management office did a pretty good job doing their job, but for the price of the property, I think they definitely have room for improvement.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of ten spent 7 days at Serenity Beach House. The home is spacious, clean, and inviting! We did not want to leave. Better than the pictures! We rented a car a made frequent trips in the store, West End, etc. the best part of Serenity Beach House is Amos, the caretaker. He is amazing!! On our boat day, Amos took us snorkeling, sightseeing, lunch, and fishing later! He also set up a dive instructor for us . I could go on and on. Amazing trip! Be sure to go to the new Brewery! We can’t wait to return!

It’s a beautiful home for sure. Master bedroom has a mold issue though

The boat that is supposed to be available was broken during our stay, but Amos the boat captain/care taker did a good job securing other boats for us. They need to figure out what the problem is in the master suite as the smell is bad. I am guessing it’s the filter in the AC. Kitchen is well appointed and the house is very close to where you want to be on the island. We would come back for sure.

Great experience, pure relaxation

Excellent experience for family of 4 traveling to Roatan for first time. Serenity Beach House is relaxing due to its great location on a small private beach, enough distance to its next door neighbors and set up in a way to allow great indoor and outdoor relaxing atmosphere (patio, deck and the very unique Palapa where we spent most of our time). There is a hammock and a few swinging chairs, plenty of lounge areas and the benefit of a private pool. The house is well equipped with anything you need for home cooking and grill appears rarely used or extremely well cleaned (I am not a fan of rusty and dirty BBQ, this one was the opposite). Caretaker Amos is also the captain of an optional boat; I highly recommend using his services as water access, recreational activities and transport are maximized with his services. Communication with Roatan Vacation Rentals was positive before and during the trip, Alex B was helpful all around. Owner was gracious to provide us with some great restaurant options prior to our arrival. We all had a great first visit and would love to come back to visit yet another time.

Pretty much perfect!!

This home is beautiful, up to date, clean, roomy, everything was in working order and there is a great selection of kitchen appliances. Since the home has a filtration system you can drink the water from the tap and there is an awesome ice machine that never seemed to run out for all of those drinks! For us, the house was perfectly located on the ocean, down a quiet drive way and away from noise and congestion. It is conveniently located near the busy West End (6 minute drive) and West Bay (3 minute drive) where we ate some meals (must try Gingers and Sundowners they were both great) and did a little shopping but also near Anthony's Key (3 minute drive) where we did our dolphin excursion. There are lots of dive shops close by and a great pier right off the beach at the house were the dive boat can pick you up. There is also a sloth/monkey/bird sanctuary 2 minutes from the house (Amos booked it for us) - it was so nice not to have to drive 1 hour to the other sanctuary and it was such an awesome experience to hold the sloths and monkeys. We booked our excursions and services through Detour Roatan and everything was set up perfectly and they were very easy to work with. We had 3 meals prepared by their chef (Jennie) and I HIGHLY recommend her. Her food was very good and she is very friendly. If you love to snorkel, you can literally go right off of the beach at the house - it is actually one of the dive sights. The paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition for the active residents. I can't say enough about Amos, the caretaker. He was very helpful and informative. I would absolutely rebook this home, it is 1st class. The property manager was also very helpful and enjoyable to work with. We had zero bad interactions with anyone that we dealt with.

Fantastic Home

This property was perfect for our active family of seven adults! Not only was this home new and clean but wonderfully decorated and we had plenty of space with the four bedrooms and bathrooms. The setting was beautiful and we utilized the kayaks, paddle boards, pool, and we loved the palapa. One of the best amenities of this home is Amos, the boat captain. He took our family for our dives, snorkling, and fishing and was able to connect us with a fantastic dive master. He even scouted out the nearest zipline and zoo to make sure the cruise ships weren't visiting that day. Hire him for the week, if you can. Make sure to stop at Eldon's grocery on the way from the airport to pick up groceries for breakfast and lunch. This home and vacation will be one of our favorite family memories and we hope to return soon!

Beautiful home!

Wonderful home! We had such a great experience from check-in to check-out. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Every room has its own full bath and ocean view. We would highly recommend renting the boat for the week. Amos was great! We went fishing, snorkeling, to West Bay, and he took us to Punta Gorda for the best lunch and entertainment! We loved having a swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day. The location of house is perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. It was great to have a filtration system, so we could drink the water and use for coffee. There was plenty of hot water, I fact we could take a shower in every bathroom at same time. The beds were super comfy. WiFi worked good. We watched Netflix on smart tv. They also have lots of cable channels and abc, cbs, hbo, etc. Love this house! Can’t wait to come back!
