Car Rental: A car is available upon request for an additional fee, providing you with greater flexibility to explore the island at your own pace.  
  
Electricity Usage: Electricity costs on Roatan can be high, so rentals often charge separately for usage. Your rental rate includes a daily allowance of 30kWh. If you exceed this limit, you will incur an additional charge based on your excess consumption at a cost of $.40/kWhr. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure to monitor usage. To manage electricity costs, please use the air conditioning only when necessary and turn off fans and lights when they are not in use.

What an amazing place, this was the perfect place to stay during our time there!! Perfect for me and my husband! Walking distance from the cove and the dive shop! Salome was so amazing and helpful during our time there!! Will definitely stay again if available next time we are there!

#### Beautiful house, well maintained 

Beautiful property, very well, taking care of lots of nice little touches, Salomé and her husband Luca were very responsive and helped with a couple questions and minor issues (mostly user error on our part). They were kind and patient and easy to reach. The property grounds were well taken care of and the on site restaurant bar and pool were wonderful.

#### A last minute booking that had us wanting to stay forever!

We absolutely loved our stay at Palmetto Bay. We booked a last minute trip (literally the day before) to the island and the property manager made the transition effortless. We loved the quiet, serene setting that was perfect for the kiddos to have space to explore nature. The pool and beach were perfect- beautiful and not at all crowded. Everyone was so kind in the resort and the car rental made it easy to get around the island. Having a few more restaurant options close by would have been nice, but it was definitely not a deal-breaker for us. We will definitely be back to enjoy this slice of paradise!
