NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.  
\*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.   
  
\*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

Quiet and clean, with everything you need. The only confusing item is that the house is painted blue now, not yellow like in the photos. Very clean and nice, highly recommend.
