You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax.

Distance to Condo 1C:  
\-If you travel by plane, the distance from Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 30 to 35 min.  
\-If you travel by ferry, the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 25 to 35 min.  
  
As almost every location on the east side of the island, renting a car is a must to move around as there are no walking distance places.

\*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.  
  
\*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
