Escape to A Site To Sea in West Bay, Roatán — a stunning vacation retreat with breathtaking ocean views, a community pool, and easy access to the island’s best beaches, dining, and adventure. Relax, explore, and experience the perfect island getaway.  
  
A Site to Sea is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. Guests will be provided with our local phone numbers and will be available via phone, text, as well as messaging. Our office, located on the main road in West Bay, just a few minutes from the house is open Monday - Friday 8-4 and Saturdays 8-12\. We greet all of our guests at the office so they know how to find us. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Secure online payments for direct bookings are processed through a 3rd party payment processor, ChargeAutomation.   
  
The Turrets community is located on the South Shore of West Bay. It is a perfect location for those seeking the activities and vibrant mix of the restaurants and bars available at West Bay Beach, just a 15 - 20 minute walk away. The Turrets is quiet and secluded because it is at the very tip of Roatan and there is not a lot of public traffic.  
  
Guests have access to all the amenities of the house, including use of the community pool a short walk away.  
  
Located in the Turrets, perched atop the highest point of West Bay with breathtaking views, A Site to Sea is the perfect home for a family or group that wants a more private setting than West Bay Beach, yet wants to be close enough to walk or drive. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortable living area, full kitchen, large outside dining table for 6 with oversized gas grill and also access to theTurrets community pool. A Site to Sea is a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to West Bay Beach, yet boasts amazing breezes and views.  
  
A Site to Sea has a spacious kitchen where guests will find everything they need to cook meals for their family or friends. Stainless steel appliances include an oven, stovetop, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. All cabinets are Honduran hardwood with quartz countertops. The open floor plan is fully air conditioned and flows from the kitchen into the dining area, then in to the living room. There is a huge L shaped sofa under a vaulted ceiling and a Smart TV with wifi and local cable. Double glass sliding doors lead out onto a large patio that looks out over the sea with views to the vibrant area of West Bay Beach.  
  
The main bedroom is on the second floor, it has a King bed, a private balcony with comfortable sofas offering stunning views and a large bathroom with double vanity. Black out blinds and AC mean you can sleep late or rise early feeling well rested.   
  
There are two guest bedrooms both with queen beds. One is on the first floor with sliding glass doors onto the main deck and en-suite bathroom. AC and black out blinds give you the freedom to adjust your temperature and light levels to just the way you like them. The second guest bedroom is in the Turret on the third floor. With the best views in the house and a sun/stargazing deck this room is perfect for late nights and early mornings. Please note, bathroom access for this room is on a separate floor.  
  
Transportation Services Available  
Headed to the beach? Want to enjoy a spur of the moment sunset drink? You are done with dinner and don’t feel like a moonlit stroll home? We can help you get around effortlessly, whether it be through our local, trusted taxi service that is on-call with special rates for our guests or with a rental car for a day or longer.  
  
We are happy to arrange your airport transfer to West Bay if you wish. While it is possible to walk from the Turrets to West Bay Beach, many of our guests rent a vehicle for their time here. We can help with arranging rental cars or connecting you with a trusted taxi service that is on-call with special rates for our guests.   
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.  
Secure online payments for direct bookings are processed through a 3rd party payment processor, ChargeAutomation.   
Accidental Damage Protection is covered through the “fee" of $49  
Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more.  
Housekeeping once a week included on 7-night rental  
Unlimited purified drinking water.  
Check in time 3:00 PM, check out time 10:00 AM.  
PLEASE NOTE: All Guests travelling to Honduras will need to have a passport valid for at least 6 months past the date of travel. UK citizens need to apply for a travel Visa to enter Honduras. Please ask for details.
