The room had nails behind the bed like a picture was there before, stain carpets there was A hole in bath tub. Needs updating, elevator was not working so took the stairs that was dirty Would not stay there again

It was convenient, but the property has issues. Our room had a mold problem (room 215) , immediately upon entering our room we could tell there was a mold issue. I told management about it, but we slept with the window open. Also, no vent fans in the bathrooms, which could also be a contributing factor.

We had a broken hair drier. At the breakfast bar the oh machine was broken. Breakfast otherwise was very good.

We booked last minute, for a one night stay. As soon as we opened the door to the room, the smell of mildew overpowered us. The couch and chair were filthy. I honestly wanted to run, but it was 12:30am and we just drove 8hrs, my kids were exhausted. The beds weren’t bad but the smell kept me up all night. I couldn’t wait to check-out.

absolutely awful. we waited 20 minutes to check in at the front desk, and then went to our room and found stains on the walls, curtains and sheets. we were not able to be refunded by the hotel because we booked through expedia but i would not ever stay here again.

Pros for this stay were no road noise and people around us were very quiet. Cons: Rugs are very dirty, curtain in our room was torn and hanging, toaster at breakfast didn’t stay down, juice dispensers were broken. Also not much variety.

The rug in the lobby was filthy (that should have been the first red flag to cancel and find another hotel). Once checked in we proceeded to the elevator (the vinyl on the floor was peeling and the walls were filthy).We got to our room and it just smelled stale. The bathroom wasn't clean at all (mildew and mold in the corners of the tile). Lesson learned, just because it's a "HILTON" affiliate, does not make it a "HILTON". Stay clear of this hotel. Luckily it was a short stay for us.

Warning to pet owners. First there is a $20 additional charge for each pet. Secondly if you book (and pay for in advance as I did) a larger suite type room and you are traveling with your pet they will not place you in that room as only standard rooms are “pet friendly”. I didn’t see that mentioned at booking time. So I didn’t get what I paid for and no adjustment to the price was given or offered. Also, the breakfast that is offered is not available on Sundays until 7am, so if you are an early riser just looking to hop back on I-95 to get to where you’re going you are out of luck as far as anything to eat. My husband asked if maybe we could get a couple of containers of yogurt to take with us and he was told no, they are not offering anything until the breakfast starts. The king bed in our room was incredibly uncomfortable (like sleeping on a bag of rocks). We’ve stayed here before as the location is convenient but they are under different management than when it first opened and i am disappointed by the change.

Shortly after we arrived to our room, the air conditioner stopped working. I called front desk to report it and, understanding that things like this happen, asked if we could be assigned a different room. We were told that the hotel was sold out, but that was NOT the case. Sheets were stained and the quilt had a small hole. Rugs need replaced. There are stains everywhere. I did not feel comfortable bare foot in the room. We could have gone elsewhere, but it was 10pm plus we booked a nonrefundable room through Expedia . I do not recommend. We were very disappointed

Room was not maintained, one lamp did not work, phones did not work, it was clean. After many years of traveling this was the worst motel room I have experienced. I will not use this brand again as I expected better from Radison.
