With a king bed and a queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. This cozy house also features 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. Plus, enjoy the additional living room with an air mattress-queen bed and an office space with 2 twin bed trundles. Fall in love with Roanoke and enjoy the magic it has to offer. \*\*Due to issues experienced in the past, if any evidence of smoking inside the house and/or a party with more guests than listed has taken place on the property, a fee of $200 will be charged post check out.\*\* The apartment is located on the first level of a beautiful, modern house that I would love for you to call home during your trip to Roanoke. The home was designed with high ceilings, beautiful detail, and an abundance of natural light. This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with lots of character and charm. The apartment is perfect for a small family size group or a COUPLE'S GETAWAY weekend that other homes and hotels cannot offer! It's also in the perfect location - walking distance to EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN, (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, etc.) but on a nice quiet street with ample street parking in front of the house, and only a short 5-minute drive to Roanoke’s iconic Grandin area. The Roanoke Star is only a 10-minute drive away as well! The home features TWO bedrooms, one with a KING bed and one with a QUEEN bed, a living room with a spacious sofa and chairs, two full bathrooms, a full eat-in kitchen with an island, a bar top dining table, brand new stainless steel appliances, and an office space with a desk, chair, and a LARGE HD COMPUTER MONITOR. Both bedrooms also features a private bathroom. A QUEEN size air mattress is also provided that you can use in the living room for additional guests as well. Treat the place as if it were your own, you have access to everything and can use anything in the place. As a host my goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience during your stay. I will provide local recommendations on all the best places to visit in Roanoke along with offering accommodations in the home that no hotel in the area can provide! Two nice-sized bedrooms with baths and an area great for a kid or two to sleep BUT I have to say this place needed a good cleaning. There were some nice touches that were family friendly but the floors were in rough shape with obvious patching which I could overlook if they had been clean but there were obvious spills from prior occupants. The shower floor in one of the bedrooms also looked pretty nasty. Walkable to downtown and just a few minutes drive to Black Dog Salvage and other attractions. Street parking was easy and plentiful. I have never given a negative Review and I don’t take this lightly. The unit was however one of the most unclean place I have ever stayed. Piles of debris and hair and insects in corners; toilet tank and base clearly hadn’t been wiped in quite a while, the kitchen appliances were greasy, trash visible behind the couch. 2 of the 3 TVs did not work and the were no checkout instructions listed on the VRBO website or inside the unit. Again, lovely house, great location but it needs a good professional cleaning. ##### Bonita P. Toilettes, laundry, fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was great. A short walk to downtown. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony and playing games in the living room.
