This 2-Bed home is in an exciting, friendly area on the edge of Downtown Roanoke equipped with a private outdoor patio and is child and pet friendly. Conveniently located in a cute, quiet neighborhood for relaxing during the daytime and evenings, while also less than a 15-minute walk to everything that Downtown Roanoke has to offer. The home is perfect for traveling long-stay Professionals! This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with lots of character and charm. The apartment is perfect for a small family size group or a COUPLE'S GETAWAY weekend that other homes and hotels cannot offer! It's also in the perfect location - walking distance to EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN, (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, etc.) but on a nice quiet street with ample street parking in front of the house, and only a short 5-minute drive to Roanoke’s iconic Grandin area. The Roanoke Star is only a 10-minute drive away as well! The home features TWO bedrooms that both have a KING size bed, a living room with a spacious sofa and chairs, two full bathrooms, a full eat-in kitchen, a bar top dining table, brand new stainless steel appliances, and an office space with a desk, chair, and a LARGE HD COMPUTER MONITOR. The Master bedroom also features a private bathroom and is located on the 3rd floor of the home (interior stairs access). A QUEEN size air mattress is also provided that you can use in the living room for additional guests as well. Treat the place as if it were your own, you have access to everything and can use anything in the place.
