There were drug needles on the floor I notified the front desk and they just threw them in a trash can. They did not follow any proper procedures. Lots of drug addicts walking around and at least three prostitutes staying there. When I asked for a refund I was refused due to policy. I had to leave for my two children’s safety. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Carpet well worn in room , and a bit dirty looking. A bit of a stinky odour in the room. Beds and sheets look clean though..

Good location front desk service was great. Mold on the curtians above the heat / AC unit. Exterior doors appeared to have something that ran down the door( multiple doors not just the one room). Bathroom inner door was very dirty with visible dirt along the white paint.

The building is obviously old and in need of updating. The room was decently clean. Front desk staff was extremely nice.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. There was an OD two doors down from the room we were going to be in. Once we got to the room I was already extremely uncomfortable and pulling back the sheets just confirmed this. There was a huge bed bug sitting on top of the sheets and blood on bed and the mattress was black. Never again.

It was aweful!!
When we first got there the management was great but when we got to the 1st room the light fixture over the sink was hanging down there was a hole in the wall where they forgot to close up and used soap in the shower dish. 2nd room 1 of the bed look like someon just got the bed and a ring aroundcthe tub. The housekeeping told the manager to grab some shetts and make up the bed or have them (meaning us) to do it.

The room smelled terrible and the bathroom was dirty. In the morning, house keeping put their face against the window to look in our room while we were getting ready. Not a stellar experience.

The vending machine room was broken into Vinnie. Machine was broken In two, and there were hypodermic needles on the floor asked them to. Get them up and you take care of it and they did not. Not a good place for children.

The staff were okay, but the rooms were very dirty and one of the rooms had beg bugs. I sent the manager an email with photos attached, and I still have not received a response.

Room was very basic. Continental breakfast was very limited. 3 cereals, some bread, and a few muffins. The waffle machine seemed to be working, but long line. Coffee was lighter than tea. I just chose not to eat it. The ice machine had standing water in it that was disgusting. Room was fairly clean, and so were beds. most of the stations on the TV were staticky. Cracks in the ceiling. also, I didn't realize that my license wasn't given back to me when I checked in, until AFTER I checked out. No one notified me. I went back in and they had it, along with a stack of other licenses, which i thought odd. Did I pay a lot for the room, no, so I didn't expect a lot. Will i stay there again, no.
