« The most perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The views are breathtaking, hot tub was perfectly situated, clean and relaxing. Our dog loved the views as much as we did. Cabin was spacious, cozy and updated. Host is very responsive…check in was a breeze…communication very clear. We were sad to leave, but fully relaxed and recharged to come back to reality. We hope to visit again! Thank you for helping us create such amazing memories. 10/10!! »

« The house was very clean and functional with good, useful spaces. Waterfront was okay, though the bottom near the shore was mucky - wear swim shoes (which you should in any lake). Could use water stairs. Community was nice as were all the people we encountered. The clubhouse restaurant was very nice. The golf course bar was pleasant. Very near supermarket and Walmart. Overall, a very pleasant stay. »

« Property was as “comfortable” as advertised…pictures listed with the property did not do justice to the panoramic views from the deck. Kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessary provisions…all appliances were clean and well maintained. Would definitely book this cabin again! Propane grill was clean and ready to go…a big plus added to the outdoor vibe. »

« The property was perfect for our group of nine (seven adults and two toddlers). It was even more kid-friendly than we expected, with multiple play rooms, toys, and of court plenty of room outside. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, etc. One of the best and most thoughtful VRBOs I've had the pleasure of renting! »

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
